The PBPallet System

Though simple in its construction and usage, PBPallets’ Paperboard Pallet System will change the way you do business.

No more of the storage, shipping and disposal problems associated with wood and plastic pallets. No more splinters or nails. No more product contamination or export issues. The PBPallet System is environmentally sound, easy to use, ready for export and financially advantageous.

Made from 100% recycled material and also 100% recyclable, the extremely lightweight PBPallet can accommodate ten full tons of static weight. The PBPallet System allows for custom sizes and configurations but is also available in stock sizes. All PBPallets are fully exportable, are globally accepted, require no treatment and have no restrictions.

PBRunners

PBRunners make up the core of the PBPallet System. Within each runner are rows of vertical, high compression paperboard cylinders offering outstanding stability. One PBRunner can support more than a solid ton of static weight. Available in a variety of sizes or custom made, PBRunners come with or without extra strength double faced tape to attach to your existing boxes.

PBDecks

Deck materials and sizes are customizable to suit your needs. Choose from honeycomb, chipboard or corrugated material. All made from 100% recycled and recyclable material. PBDecks won’t mar your product with splinters or nails.

PBEdgeRunners

PBEdgeRunners provide a support system for existing boxes and displays without using a pallet. They offer strength, durability and ease of mobility in shipping and transport. PBEdgeRunners are made using the same method as the PBRunners but with angle-edge tops for ease of attachment. PBEdgeRunners are available with or without double faced tape and come in a variety of lengths with any number of supports.

To optimize space and to have versatility at your fingertips, you can order PBRunners and PBDecks separately as components and build your own pallets as you need them.

Displays and Point-of-Purchase

The PBPallet System is the perfect solution for in-store displays and POP. You can add PBRunners to existing display boxes or create new displays using a pallet as a base. And you can ship multiple ready displays on pallets. With PBPallets, you’ll find unlimited display and packaging options.
